Whether you are selling your bags to Consigned Designs or purchasing Authentic Luxury items from us, our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders and flat rate shipping fees for expedited and international orders regardless the number of items that are in your cart. All orders ship via UPS from our established storefront location in Greenwich, Connecticut within 1-2 business days, Monday through Saturday. Additionally, in order to help ensure the safe transportation of our products, all orders will require an adult signature upon delivery, particularly due to the extensive value of our luxury items. If you cannot be home at the time of delivery we can ship your item to the nearest UPS customer care facility. There you can contact your local UPS carrier and receive your purchased package by providing your tracking number and proof of identification.
Additional shipping policies:
With the enormous amount of fraudulent activity that surrounds the internet these days, particularly in the luxury resale markets, we may inquire further information from a buyer solely at our discretion or based off our provided fraud analysis attached to our website orders. This may include but is not limited to: phone call verification with the customer, and, or the request of a legitimate government ID or passport image. We strongly suggest that all items are shipped to the same location as the billing address of the payment method. This insures that no additional delay is instated for your order(s).
