When your shopping online with Consigned Designs, we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything that you buy. Although in-store at our Greenwich, CT boutique we do not take returns, we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is as stress-free and simple as possible. When you choose to buy directly from our website you are given the option to return your online purchased item(s) within 7 days upon the packages delivery (verified by USPS tracking) for a full refund of the price that you paid. Please note that all Jewelry and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned. Items that do fully meet our return requirements must be unworn, include all vendor packaging, accessories and tags and be returned back in the exact condition as they were received. We also ask that the authenticity security hang tag seal remains attached to your item and fully intact in order to be accepted for full refund. Removing this seal will automatically void the return policy itself. Please be sure when it comes time to fill out your return shipping label that you insure the package that you are returning for the total price that the item(s) was purchased for and package it securely. Items returned back in any other manner than they were sent out in will affect the refund value. Please take note that shipping expenses for returns are handled solely by the buyers accept for any faulty or falsely advertised items. This pertains to items deemed as unauthentic with proof of inauthenticity required. Please remember that we guarantee the authenticity and condition of every item that we sell.
Quick and simple returns
We want to make sure that the return process is simple for our online shoppers. The day we receive your return inquiry we will respond back at first chance to inform you how your inquiry will be handled. As long as it is before the 7 day policy, (as proven by the postal tracking number) you will then be notified so you could ship the item(s) back to Consigned Designs using the shipping service of your choice. Once the purchased item(s) is received by us and returned back in the manner it was sent, a full refund will be issued. Shipment fees BOTH ways will not be refunded, this pertains to shoppers who did not use our free shipping option when checking out. The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping cost. *Please note, a $15 service charge fee will be deducted from the total price of each return.
